Returns & Refund


In accordance with the current EU legislation, our return policy is of 14 days. After 14 days have passed from your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The right to a return or an exchange in an online transaction is understood as the right to examine the product in the same way that you would do it in a conventional store. This means, without extracting it from its original package. You cannot try the product and then decide if you want to keep it or not.

Please note Let’s Pack It offers several types of goods that are not eligible for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns of products meant for intimate or sanitary use. Other items that cannot be returned or exchanged are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept the return of perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We understand a product as perishable if it contains a validity / or a “use best before” date in their packaging.

Additional non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, promotional codes, items with reduced price or on sale.

Don’t forget that to complete the return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Finally, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If any of the above conditions are not met Let’s Pack It will not be able to proceed with the return or exchange of your purchased items. We know that all of the above information could be overwhelming at first, but please understand that having a strict return policy guarantees that the items you purchase on this site will be exclusively yours, and they have not been previously manipulated by others. Moreover, we are not interested in having clients that use fraudulent practices, and this is how we ensure that they don’t try them with us.


Before physically sending us back any item, it is very important that you first contact us via email with your wish to return or exchange any of the goods purchased via our site. You can send us your request to, but please remember to include the following information in your email: a list of items that you wish to return, proof of identity and the corresponding receipts of the purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected according to the rules explained above, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not send the product that you want to return to the original manufacturer because if you do so, we will not be able to return your money or exchange the goods.

If the transaction is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. You should be aware that we are only able to credit the amount to the payment method used at the time of the purchase. As you might have experienced in other places, normally it takes some time to receive the full credit. Please allow some days for the credit to be processed.

The credited amount will include the shipping costs you paid at the time of the purchase. However, it will not include the shipping costs derived from returning these goods. You should cover these additional costs.

In case some days go by and you still don’t receive the credited amount please follow the procedure below:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at .


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, as long as you can demonstrate that the damage occurred prior to the reception of the goods. Please don’t accept any products from the shipping company if you see the packaging has been tampered with or opened. In such case you should deny the reception and the company will directly return the goods to Let’s Pack It, and we will take care of the rest.

Consider that the exchange process is subject to the same conditions expressed in above sections referring to returns.


This is a special case that needs to be properly explained in order to avoid confusions. Basically, if at the time of the purchase the item was marked as a gift, then the return process will vary depending on to whom actually we shipped the goods.

In the case that the person to whom the goods were shipped was the same person that actually made the purchase in our store, it will be this person who will receive the credited amount in their original payment method. This would coincide with a normal return scenario.

However, if the item was sent directly to the final receiver (this means without ever being touched by the requestor who actually made the purchase), it is this person who will receive a gift card for the value of the returned gift. Bear in mind that the items need to comply with the same rules as above stated for any returned product in order for us to be able to process the transaction.

You should know that Let’s Pack It would not cover the costs of shipping any returned item to us. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable; only the shipping costs derived from the initial purchase, that you are now deciding to return, will be covered by us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We are not responsible for those timelines.

If you are shipping an item over 50 EUR (or its equivalent in your local currency), you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
